As a stationer and lettering artist with my roots in calligraphy, I’m obviously pretty biased when it comes to this ancient art form. Every piece of work I create will incorporate either modern or classic calligraphy within its design which is, by contract, usually bright, colourful and contemporary.

Calligraphy takes time, focus, concentration. For the best results, you need to completely switch off from the outside world. This makes it perfect for mindfulness, relaxation and anxiety relief.
